At Cloth-Vastr, we strive to provide high-quality fashion products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Product is in original packaging with tags intact

  • Return request is made within 15 days of delivery

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (by customer)

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)


3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Product images (if damaged/defective)

  3. Our team will review and provide return instructions

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using trackable shipping for returns

  • Cloth-Vastr is not responsible for lost return packages


5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refund will be approved or rejected

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless error is from our side.


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect product received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share photos/videos as proof

  • We will provide replacement or refund


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check bank/payment provider

  • Allow processing time

  • Contact us if delay continues


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
